Project Manager Position
The Project Manager runs projects from award through installation, owning schedule, budget, and communication across design, the shop, and the field. This person is the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors on assigned projects, and holds internal departments accountable for meeting deadlines. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawing sets and perform takeoffs with the Design Manager

Establish project schedules for overall timelines and department-level breakdowns
​

Coordinate scheduling with clients before and throughout the project lifecycle
​

Defend the company's schedule and interests when clients, GCs, or other contractors request changes or create
scheduling conflicts
​
-
Create and maintain project structure within Monday.com (or other tracking systems) so every deliverable is
assigned, tracked, and reviewed on a regular basis
​

Visit job sites to meet with clients and contractors, build and maintain relationships, protect the company’s
interests, and review progress and issues with the Install Foreman
​

Release and oversee work for Design, Purchasing, Production, and Installation, tracking department
accountability against goals and deadlines
​

Track submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and RFIs
​
-
Manage purchasing and material lead times for assigned projects
​

Run project meetings and maintain clear, current status communication with all stakeholders
​

Support field coordination during installation, including punch list resolution
​

Foster a culture of responsiveness, urgency, and schedule discipline across departments
​

Related tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations or CEO

Production Manager, Fenestrations
The Production Manager, Fenestrations is a key leadership role responsible for all shop operations for the fenestrations line, including steel doors, windows, and skylight systems. This person owns fabrication scheduling, quality control, vendor coordination, and team leadership for the department, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The role is hands-on: expect time on the shop floor as much as in scheduling and planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Run daily fabrication operations for the fenestrations line and keep work moving
​

Build and lead the fabrication team, including hiring, training, and performance management
​

Develop and maintain the fenestrations production schedule across multiple concurrent projects
​

Review and distribute shop drawings and update Monday.com with production milestones and status
​
-
Confirm material orders and lead times, and flag shortages or scheduling conflicts before they become delays
​
-
Establish and enforce quality control standards for fabrication, weld quality, finish consistency, glazing, and hardware
​

Manage vendor relationships, pricing, quality protocols, and sample approvals
​
-
Troubleshoot fit, field, and production issues with Project Managers, GCs, installers, and clients
​
-
Maintain working knowledge of NFRC/AAMA certification requirements and applicable building codes
​

Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, Design, and Architectural Metal Production
​

Manage production budgets, track project costs, and recommend cost-saving measures that do not compromise quality
​

Foster a shop culture built on accountability, craftsmanship, and safety

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans

Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Review client drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies through RFIs.
-
Prepare and produce detailed shop drawings for client approval.
-
Oversee advanced design tasks and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:
-
3–5 years of experience with SolidWorks, specifically in weldments and sheet metal.
-
2+ years of experience working with door and window systems.
-
Experience in architectural metalwork is strongly preferred.
Junior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules and team assignments using monday.com to ensure smooth workflow and task management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, including scheduling and project updates.

Assist in project billing, timeline monitoring, and ensuring deadlines are met effectively.

3–5 years of experience in construction project management.

Experience in architectural metalwork is highly desirable.
